BCO Annual Conference
Manchester Central
The Phoenix Effect - Regeneration, Reinvention and Results
The 2012 conference will take its inspiration and its spark from its setting. Manchester used the traumatic event of the Arndale bomb in 1996 not as a reason to fear the future, but as a reason to re-fashion it.
Manchester, voted Best UK city for new headquarters and back office functions two years running by the UK Cities Monitor; demonstrates how a city can excel in forward thinking and creative development. The ever changing landscape bears physical testament to the levels of investment that the Manchester City Region has attracted.
G&T will be speaking at conference. Andrew Browne will take part in the '2D Reinventing Refurbishment' seminar during Session 2 on Thursday 24th May and Richard Francis, Director of Sustainability, will be chairing the '3C Building Wealth: Are Sustainable Properties Worth It' seminar in Session 3 on Thursday 24th May. Other conference attendees from G&T include Tony Burton and Mark Gledhill.
