G&T is committed to providing you with a challenging and rewarding career, excellent training and development opportunities, and a healthy work/life balance in a supportive, professional, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. With a wide variety of diverse and interesting work we aim to ensure that you are motivated to want to achieve more and build your successful career with us. We recruit around 25 graduates a year, ensuring the formation of an excellent support and social network.

G&T has an active sports and social committee which arranges almost every type of sports team you could want from football and netball to yachting and golf, as well as regular events such as Thames boat parties, fireworks evenings, wine tasting, after work drinks and Christmas events. G&T also hold a bi-annual Summer Party in Bedford Square Gardens with Casino games, a magician and a lot of champagne! As well as all of these events we are active in charity fundraising events.
