Andrew has worked almost exclusively within the Infrastructure sector since 1993, delivering the lead commercial role on major projects for London Underground, Network Rail, Crossrail and, most recently, Docklands Light Railway. He has spent most of his career working on the client side of the industry, but also has experience working for contractors and in the specialist field of cost information and analysis.
