Andrew is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has been responsible for providing cost management services on a variety of projects focusing on historial/Listed buildings and major private residential houses. For the last 15 years he has concentrated on the in-house legal services required for our firm such as terms of commission, professional indemnity insurance matters, leases, dilapidations, property generally and professional practice. He manages a small in-house legal team to this effect.
