Ian is a Chartered Architect and has spent the last 15 years in the role of Planning Supervisor / CDM Co-ordinator under the CDM Regulations. His experience includes the development and implementation of systems to comply with the CDM Regulations for a wide variety of projects, encompassing large individual building projects and rolling repair maintenance programmes.
