Phil leads and directs the delivery of Cost Management commissions for residential schemes including super prime residential and upscale hotels. He is experienced in providing strategic cost planning and procurement advice and has historically been heavily involved in the site bid and acquisition stages of projects as well as managing service delivery to developers and operators for new build and refurbishment projects.
