With responsibility for the firm’s Consultancy Services, Richard has led Development Monitoring teams advising the funders on large scale projects including the Liverpool’s Paradise Street Development Area, Canary Wharf and Wembley National Stadium. He is a member of the Investment Property Forum and in 2009 was appointed Managing Director of Gardiner & Theobald Fairway, the independent dispute services arm of the company.
