As a member of the Retail sector group, Richard's principal focus of experience has been towards retail-lead mixed-use projects. By providing commercial support/management throughout all stages of the project development, combined with extensive project experience, Richard has been able to develop an extensive knowledge base in cost planning, tendering and procurement route choice and post contract site works.
