Richard is a project manager with specific development focus and specialises in managing large, complex projects, particularly town planning applications. He also has experience of complex funding arrangements and leading agreement for lease negotiations for both developers and tenants. He was the Project Director for the Swiss Re Tower, 30 St Mary Axe and Kings Place in Kings Cross. Richard works in both our Bristol and London offices
