Theo leads our Hotels sector. He is experienced in providing strategic cost planning and procurement advice and managing service delivery for both new build and refurbishment projects for a variety of clients across the world. He is also a qualified RICS APC Chairman and, as a member of our Graduate Programme Committee, chairs in-house mock APC interviews for graduates within the practice.
