Tim leads our Consultancy Services group. He is an appointed HM Treasury External Resources Framework consultant and has undertaken over 75 Central and Local Government, Ministry of Defence, Houses of Parliament and Department of Health high and medium risk Gateway Reviews and health checks. He not only specialises in public sector independent adviser and client representative services, but is also highly experienced in assurance, audit and review assignments.
