We provided Development Monitoring services for plot 7 which comprised 41,620 m² (net) of offices over basement, ground and nine upper floors, plus a 2,415 m² 'supermarket' space and a further 697 m² retail unit. We also worked on plot 8 which comprised the construction of retail and office space to shell only behind the retained facades of a Grade II Listed former fire station.

Both of these building have been fully let to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
