We were appointed to assist Deloitte & Touche with the feasibility study, property search, design, specification and implementation of their data centre strategy. This required the procurement of two sites within a radius of approximately 25 miles of Central London and involved a review of options for co-location, self build, turnkey and 'enabled' properties. The co-location option was chosen for both sites.

We subsequently provided Cost Management services for the fit-out of the selected co-location spaces, which encompassed critical power, PDU's, final power circuits, CRAC units, fire suppression systems, lighting, fire alarm, IT data cabinets, IT structured cabling, fibre connectivity, power monitoring systems, testing and commissioning and final IST.
