We provided Cost and Project Managment, CDM Co-ordinator and Retail Delivery services for this £500m retail development in the heart of Birmingham city centre. The scheme provides over 110,000m² of retail space housing over 150 retail units.

Works started on site in June 1999 with a series of enabling works, including the provision of a market hall to house existing Bullring market traders, two demolition contracts and a complex series of highway contracts including road realignment, re-planning and new build to re-route traffic around the site area.
