We are appointed as lead consultants in the preparation of a business case for a new 22,000-seat Community Arena as a gateway for the City of Aberdeen.

The Community Arena is to be designed by The Miller Partnership to include football and rugby (international) community option, health, education and fitness provision, AFC football academy and potentially a 3/4* hotel.

We are also providing Cost Management, Facilities Management Consultancy and Sustainabiltiy advice to support the feasibility studies/business case.
