This project involved the construction of a new headquarters office building including external landscaping, roads and parking facilities. We provided Construction Management services.

The office space is designed to be naturally ventilated and an extensive triple height open atrium allows the building to be naturally lit. The heating and cooling uses ground source heat pump technology and rainwater is harvested from the roof.
