CDM Co-ordinator Role

The Health & Safety of your workers is a priority and our teams have a full understanding, through experience and qualifications of all practical construction issues.

Gardiner & Theobald Project Safety (GTPS) believe that the CDM Co-ordinator is not a single person, but a team of personnel with different experience and technical expertise, led by a 'lead' CDM Co-ordinator.

This team may include, as appropriate:

  • Civil Engineers

  • Architects

  • Personnel with building qualifications

All GTPS staff are selected because of their experience of co-ordinating and managing both the construction and design processes.
