Kevin Arnold

Kevin has worked on commercial office development, retail and residential projects since 1988 for various business park developments, city centre major projects and urban regeneration campuses for developers, multi-national corporates and private clients both in the UK and Europe.

He is a positive and enthusiastic partner who leads a team of exceptional practitioners dealing with some of the world’s most exciting building projects across sectors of commercial office, residential, retail, hotels, industrial, education, leisure and heritage properties. He and his team have become known for their work in high-rise residential development. He is an ideas man. A creative thinker, Kevin is interested in breaking the paradigm to develop challenging commercial strategies which lead to successful project outcomes and super-performance.

He is a past member of the RICS UK Quantity Surveying & Construction Professional Group Board and the Board of the British Council of Offices. Kevin is a Trustee and board member for the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust (CSTT) and for a homeless charity called The House of St Barnabas.

Kevin plays an active role in the firm's Social Impact programme and the firm’s IT strategy, infrastructure and implementation.
