Paddington Quarter is a new Renzo Piano Building Workshop designed development adjacent to Paddington Station.  

The 670,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme provides Grade A office space together with retail and restaurant accommodation and includes a four storey deep basement, the formation of a major new plaza, construction of a new underground station entrance and Bakerloo Line Ticket Hall and associated infrastructure works.

The proposals include a distinctive cube shaped building floating above a three storey podium.  The Cube includes 15 levels of office accommodation as well as rooftop restaurants and terrace.  At first, ground, concourse and ticket hall levels, the proposals include high quality retail, restaurant and cafe space within the Cube and a separate retail building fronting Praed Street.
