NLA NextGen Speed Mentoring
G&T is Programme Champion of the NLA's NextGen, as part of this we hosted a speed mentoring event across two venues with over 30 mentors and 50 mentees attending.
Speed mentoring is a unique event style encouraging all levels from across the industry to share their experiences and insights with each other.
Last month, mentors and mentees from across the industry descended on our London HQ and The Building Centre for an evening of intergenerational knowledge sharing.
