Next phase of commercial offices of the Kirkstall Forge masterplan, comprising 190,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across two buildings, multi-storey car park and a basement.
The unique offices will feature large floorplates with opportunities for diverse and flexible working space. The buildings will achieve BREEAM and WIRED certifications and the larger of the two buildings will be WELL Ready
A dedicated car park will be concealed between the two buildings with electric car charging, shower rooms and locker facilities provided within the building. Outdoor rooms and balconies will help to maximise the riverside views.
Kirkstall Forge is a new neighbourhood on the banks of the River Aire which, once complete, will provided 1,050 homes, 400,000 sq ft of commercial, retail and leisure space as well as a primary school.
