Adam joined G&T in 1989, qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor in 1992 before moving into the Project Management division. He developed expertise in delivering large, complex projects, including a five-year secondment to a major US investment bank and a period with a UK developer. Adam became a partner in 1997, led the Project Management division from 2005 to 2018, and was appointed Managing Partner in 2019.
