Alan has been a project manager at G&T since 2006, delivering a wide range of projects. With a background as a civil and structural engineer, he specialises in technically complex schemes that drive long-term urban improvements. Primarily working as an Employer’s Agent during construction, Alan brings valuable expertise in minimising conflict and disputes, ensuring smoother project delivery and contract management.  Alan is a member of the firm's JCT Community forum.
