A new purpose built Higher Education facility as part of an education village on a brownfield site on the edge of the town centre.
The £8.6M facility was procured under the SCAPE Framework using the NEC suite of contracts and was one of three buildings constructed contemporaneously on adjoining sites and included 'superlab' provision at ground floor level.
