Credit Suisse has occupied its current space for 20 years. Upon expiration of the existing lease, the company incorporated a restack of floors into the new lease.
The strategy for this project utilizes phases whereby G&T created a schedule to empty certain floors, renovate them and then move staff back in.
The 1,000,000 RSF renovation of 11 Madison Avenue includes trading, data center, EPS systems, cafeteria and major infrastructure upgrades.
