Comprehensive refurbishment of a 1901 Grade II Listed office building adjacent to the Lloyds Register of shipping on Fenchurch Street.
The project, designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, comprises the demolition of existing structures down to the fourth floor slab and construction of three new floors behind a mansard roof. Existing circulation routes are to be demolished and a new core constructed to rationalise the floorplates providing 42,000 sq ft of high quality Cat A office space.
