Situated at the heart of the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, International Quarter London is fast becoming the hub for east Londoners through its diverse offerings of modern workspace, homes, retailers and thoughtfully designed public realm.
At present the development comprises three Grade A commercial offices, with each building topping out at between 11 and 20 floors. Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners, the buildings include a series of innovative construction technologies such as closed cavity façade and bespoke chilled beams.
To date, G&T has provided Cost Management, Employer's Agent and Employer's Representative services on the following buildings:
- Plot S5: 46,000m² of commercial office space over 20 floors with ground floor retail units. The office space was fully fitted out ready for the Financial Conduct Authority to take occupation and delivered to Cat A for Unicef.
- Plot S6: 23,000m² of commercial office space over 11 floors with ground floor retail units and a crèche. The office space was fully fitted out ready for Transport for London to take occupation.
- Plot S9: 25,000m² of commercial office space over 10 floors with one ground floor retail unit and extensive gallery/exhibition space. The office space will be fully fitted out ready for Cancer Research UK to take occupation and will be delivered to Cat A for British Council.
