Ipsen Laboratory Fit-Out
Refurbishment of an existing three-storey office building to establish a consolidated HUB and a more efficient, culturally different workplace - moving from cellular offices to open plan, communal working.
The scope of works included the complete strip-out of the existing floorplates, full CSA fit-out, M&E fit-out, bespoke fitted and loose furniture and a new canteen/bistro.
The works were completed in a phased manner with local decanting of staff. The facility remain in operation throughout the duration of the project.
