NBCU Boston Media Center
NBCU Boston Media Center opened at the beginning of 2020 co-locating NBC10 Boston, NBC Sports Boston, Telemundo Boston and NECN under one roof in a state-of-the-art facility - a major accomplishment for NBCU.
The new 160,000 sq ft building comprises six large studios, control rooms, edit rooms, green rooms, a gym, a parking facility and indoor employee amenities.
On the technical side, the media center has full redundancy including generators, UPS systems and air-cooled chillers which will allow NBCU to maintain the 24/7 production facilities to operate during a power outage.
