Our Chartership programme is an industry leading structured training scheme which has been designed with one aim in mind; to enable you to gain your professional qualification in the minimum period. One such route to qualification is through our graduate scheme.
Our industry leading Chartership Programme offers our graduates first class training in either cost management or project management, giving them the opportunity to achieve their professional qualification and chartered status accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
The graduate intake at G&T is defined by quality and we believe that our graduates have the potential to become some of the most talented individuals in the industry. From the outset of your career at G&T you will be assigned to a cohort of individuals made up of graduates and apprentices, who will all be working to one common goal: Chartership. The cohort will offer you the opportunity to build lifelong relationships and develop a professional network of support and encouragement.
The aim of the Chartership Programme is to assist you in gaining chartered status with the RICS. Chartership is gained by passing the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) which will give you full membership to the RICS and is a testament to your professionalism in the industry.
Our structured 12/24 month training programme has been designed to get you through the process as quickly as possible.
G&T will offer you an abundance of support as you work towards your chartered status. You will be assigned a supervisor and a counsellor who will take direct responsibility for your training, ensuring that you gain the right experience on which to build more specialist knowledge.
We welcome both cognate and non-cognate graduates onto our Chartership Programme and will support our non-cognates through an RICS accredited conversion course alongside our internal programme.
Our graduate opportunities are open to graduates of all disciplines and backgrounds and we strive to ensure versatility and diversity in all of our cohorts.
