James leads the Cost Management service on a number of large mixed-use commercial masterplans from inception through to completion on site in the North of England.

Alongside the commercial mixed-use schemes, he has also worked with both public and private clients across a range of sectors including healthcare, education and infrastructure adapting to each client's needs to provide best results.
