G&T supported this Confidential Financial Firm with the delivery of its new London office, facilitating the agreement for lease negotiations with an existing tenant of the building as well as subsequent involvement in all activities through to completion.
Comprising almost 30,000 sq ft of CAT B space, the project provides high end client facing provisions such as the feature reception and meeting suite, as well as premium welfare facilities and meeting/office spaces for employees. The space was designed to be flexible and inclusive to attract the best talent to support the long-term growth of the business.
Complexities of the project included the splitting of a single floorplate to create two separate spaces, along with the remedial works required to enable the client's occupation with fully functioning mechanical systems. These challenges were overcome through a close working relationship between all parties including both the client’s and landlord’s respective design teams.
