The project involved the construction of a new 9,700m² four storey office development following the demolition of the existing manufacturing and office buildings. The scheme also involved extensive car parking and external works.
The building provides high quality office accommodation to client-specific requirements and ancillary accommodation including kitchen/restaurant facilities and a gym. Existing business operations continued on site during the construction phase.
Phase 2 comprised a two storey building comprising 4,700m² of office space which accommodates 240 employees and a nursery.
