Linklaters aimed to refurbish its 18,000 sq ft satellite office in Colchester, aligning it with the design principles established in a recent pilot study at its London headquarters. The objective was to create a functional, contemporary workspace that promoted agile and collaborative working, while incorporating lessons learned from the pilot to enhance efficiency and user experience.

G&T provided Cost Management and Project Management services throughout the Cat B re-design and refurbishment.
