BXR London aspired to establish a premier, state-of-the-art boxing gym that would seamlessly integrate comprehensive class schedules, full gym facilities, and immersive, nightclub-style lighting and audio for high-intensity workouts. The primary challenge was to create a facility that not only met these ambitious design and operational standards but also incorporated significant noise mitigation measures to ensure a harmonious environment for both members and neighbouring occupants.

G&T was appointed to provide Project and Cost Management services for the fit-out of BXR's new luxury gym located on the 25th floor of 22 Bishopsgate, making it the highest gym in the City of London. We successfully navigated logistical, acoustic, mechanical, and supply challenges, coordinating multiple stakeholders within both the BXR and landlord teams. The project encompassed the installation of panoramic views of London, an extensive selection of elite equipment, well-appointed changing facilities, a steam room, high-performance studios, and a glass climbing wall. Throughout the design and construction phases, we closely managed the implementation of significant noise mitigation methods to achieve the desired acoustic environment.

The completed BXR London gym stands as a testament to luxury and innovation in fitness, offering members an unparalleled training environment that combines cutting-edge facilities with immersive design elements.
