A New Chapter for the LPA NextGen

G&T’s Stephanie O’Dwyer and Keith Safo have been appointed to the London Property Alliance (LPA) NextGen Committee, following the launch of its newly formed combined structure.

The NextGen Committee brings together emerging professionals from across the built environment to foster collaboration, share insight and support the development of future industry leaders. The new combined committee strengthens this approach, creating a more connected platform across London.

Stephanie O'Dwyer
“The NextGen Committee provides a valuable platform for building connections across the industry and sharing different perspectives. The move to a combined committee creates an even greater opportunity to collaborate across London. I’m looking forward to contributing to conversations that help shape a more inclusive and forward-thinking built environment.”

Stephanie O’Dwyer

G&T Senior Project Manager

G&T has supported the LPA NextGen programme since its inception, recognising the value of bringing together the next generation of leaders from across the sector. This new development reflects a continued focus on improving industry capability, nurturing future talent and contributing to a resilient, future-ready built environment.

Keith Safo
“Being part of the NextGen Committee is an opportunity to learn from peers across the sector and contribute to supporting future talent. At a time when the industry is evolving quickly, initiatives like this play an important role in strengthening capability and championing the next generation of leaders.”

Keith Safo

G&T Executive Surveyor

Stephanie and Keith’s appointments reflect both their individual commitment to the industry and G&T’s wider investment in supporting initiatives that contribute to the long-term growth and resilience of the built environment.
