Real Estate Private Equity Firm
The project involved the relocation of a Real Estate Private Equity firm in the heart of London's Mayfair with the design being led by a global boutique design practice specialising in luxury design.
The 6,000 sq ft CAT B fit-out incorporated private offices, client facing meeting rooms, open plan space, breakout/client events space and a large townhall meeting room. A large part of the space was Grade II Listed which required very careful consideration.
The project was completed while the basebuild refurbishment was ongoing, with the landlord providing early access to the site. The building's location, along with working in tandem with the basebuild contractor, created logistical challenges but these were factored early on in the contractor briefing.
A Design & Build procurement route was chosen but with extensively developed Employer Requirements to safeguard the quality and finish that the client aspired to achieve.
