G&T was appointed to deliver United Talent Agency's new offices at 1 Newman Street comprising 28,000 sq ft over two floors of both private offices and open plan workspaces, a large striking reception, VIP room, specialist visitor listening and screening room as well as a café dining space.
Originally designed with a traditional approach in mind, key client relocation dates necessitated an acceleration of the project programme through use of a design and build procurement route without sacrificing the high-quality design.
Designed by Gensler and Modus Workspace, the new space has allowed United Talent Agency to grow its London team while also accommodating additional space for MediaLink, an Agency Group owned company.
