Gavin is a cost manager specialising in the commercial office and workplace sector. An active member of the British Council for Offices, he contributed to the 2019 Guide to Specification and the 2025 Fit-Out Guide.
He also leads G&T’s research on market tender price movements and economics, having published numerous papers on the subject. A renowned Expert Witness, he advises on best practices in the workplace sector. His commercial expertise extends beyond workplaces to education buildings, theatres, art galleries, private residences and infrastructure.
