Jessica Pennell

Jessica is a Director within G&T’s Project Management business, delivering complex fit-outs, refurbishments and mixed-use developments across London.

She leads projects from early briefing through design, planning and delivery, with strong experience in commercial masterplans and major tower refurbishments. Jessica is also actively involved in G&T’s Mass Timber Forum, contributing to discussions on the opportunities and barriers to using mass timber in construction, and is a chartered member of the RICS.
