Steven joined the firm in 1997 and brings over 30 years’ experience in construction cost, procurement and advisory services, leading teams delivering major developments in London and and across the UK.
He supports developers, owners, investors, occupiers and funders across their property and development portfolios. With expertise spanning inception, acquisition, feasibility and procurement, he specialises in complex masterplans, regeneration and multi-building developments in city and town centres. His experience covers commercial offices, retail, tall buildings, residential, hotels, sports, leisure and entertainment sectors.
