Gardiner & Theobald worked on this 40-storey headquarters building for Swiss Re on the site of the former Baltic Exchange. The building provides 41,806m² of net office accommodation with associated retail space and a public square at ground level.
We provided strategic development advice through our Project, Cost and Development Management services. Our role included the negotiations with the owner/developer for the site, and continued through to the completion of the fit-out.
