Richard is a project manager with a strong development focus, specialising in the management and delivery of large, complex projects, particularly town planning applications. His expertise lies in central London developer-led commercial office, mixed-use and residential schemes. He also has extensive experience navigating complex funding arrangements and leading agreement for lease negotiations for both developers and tenants.
