Challenge
The Addison was one of the first premium hospitality offerings at the £1bn Olympia London regeneration scheme. The project faced an accelerated programme and tight budget constraints, requiring rigorous value engineering from the outset. Delivering a high-spec venue under these conditions demanded careful coordination and commercial control without compromising on quality.
Solution
G&T provided Cost Management, Project Management, Employer's Agent and Principal Designer & CDM Consultancy services for this high-end restaurant concept. The new restaurant includes two bespoke open kitchens and bars, private dining hospitality room, and a live music space. Working closely with the wider Olympia development team, we helped ensure the client’s vision was realised efficiently and effectively within budget.
Outcome
By managing the design phase and coordinating across multiple disciplines, G&T helped deliver a multifunctional venue that caters to fine dining, private events, and live entertainment. The result is a standout hospitality destination within the wider Olympia masterplan, delivered on time despite the challenging programme and budgetary pressures.
