We led the procurement and appointment of the Design & Build contractor, facilitating a streamlined process that enabled early occupation. The project culminated in the successful delivery of a premium office space within an impressive 14-week timeframe. The new headquarters features two distinct trading floors, an expansive reception area, a client suite, multiple meeting rooms, and private offices, all designed to support the client's dynamic operations.
