G&T joins UK Science Park Association Strengthening Support for Life Sciences

G&T has joined the UK Science Park Association (UKSPA), reinforcing our commitment to supporting the growth of the UK’s science and innovation community.

UKSPA represents science parks, innovation centres and technology incubators nationwide, promoting collaboration and best practice across the sector. G&T’s membership will enable closer engagement with organisations shaping the country’s research and innovation infrastructure, helping to deliver places that attract talent, foster discovery and drive sustainable growth.

As a partner-led consultancy working across every sector of the built environment, G&T brings extensive experience in delivering complex life sciences and innovation facilities, from GMP-compliant laboratories and research centres to hybrid lab-office environments and mixed-use campuses. Our expertise extends beyond technical delivery to encompass masterplanning, amenity, hospitality, retail and housing - creating vibrant, connected and commercially resilient science ecosystems.

Daniel Webster
“Science parks are about more than laboratories, they are communities. By combining our technical expertise with insights from other sectors, we can help clients create environments that encourage collaboration, attract investment and support innovation at every scale.”

Daniel Webster

G&T Partner

G&T’s UKSPA membership reflects our long-term commitment to advancing the UK’s life sciences sector through collaboration, innovation and sustainable development. Our teams are already working with developers, occupiers, investors and research institutions to unlock value and accelerate delivery in this fast-evolving market.

By aligning technical, commercial and ESG priorities, we help clients deliver flexible, future-ready facilities that meet the needs of both science and society. Through our involvement with UKSPA, we look forward to sharing knowledge, engaging in thought leadership and contributing to the next generation of science and innovation campuses.
