G&T was appointed in 2018 to support SoulCycle’s first real estate initiatives in the UK assisting the development of multiple spin studios in strategic locations across London.
Studios in Soho and Notting Hill were completed in spring and autumn 2019 respectively, both of which have been met with outstanding reviews.
We supported SoulCycle in navigating challenging site conditions, complex acoustic requirements and advanced planning approvals. We also developed a contractor procurement framework to ensure best value and high standards in construction.
