With the built environment's landscape rapidly adapting in response to issues such as climate change, it's important the next generation is equipped with the tools and resources necessary to support continued positive social and environmental change.

"The NextGen initiative allows future decision makers to have a say on how the industry is shaped, expand their networks and gives new insight into the challenges which are affecting us all, specifically how we can work together to solve them."

Arvinder Birdi

G&T Partner & NextGen Mentor

Driven by three key pillars ‘culture & communities,’ ‘eco systems’ and ‘smart technology' the initiative will up-skill future change makers, giving them the opportunity to grow their knowledge on key future topics and develop skills such as logical reasoning and inclusive leadership.

Working with our industry partners - City Property Association, Westminster Property Association, New London Architecture and The London Real Estate Forum, themes such as community, diversity & inclusion, ESG, biodiversity and smart tech will be explored through solution and skills focused activities.

G&T's industry leading NextGen programme runs across all our offices in the UK and is open to individuals from all backgrounds, levels and sectors.
