Simon joined G&T in 1977. During the early part of his career he was a catalyst for change as he recognised an opportunity to diversify from the core service of cost consultancy into project management, construction management and other specialist service areas.
Since his appointment as Managing Partner in 2005, he has been the driving force in modernising the firm, championing career progression for employees, developing a comprehensive employee benefits package - one of the best in the industry – and ensuring access for all to training and development programmes.
