We have been working across South West England and South Wales from our Bristol office delivering projects for both private and public sector clients since 1997.
Our team is committed to delivering a world class service and operates across a variety of sectors including commercial offices, residential, retail mixed-use and regeneration, masterplanning and infrastructure of major residential developments, nuclear, healthcare, education, sports & leisure, community as well as arts and cultural spaces.
We have worked on many office, residential, leisure and urban mixed-use regeneration schemes in central Bristol including Bristol City Council's Workplace Programme at City Hall. We are currently working on 1 Portwall Square, the Assembly and and Wapping Wharf developments and a new hotel scheme at the former Everards Printing Works building, alongside 350 new apartments at Silverthorne Lane.
Across the South West we have provided, and continue to provide, services to large scale developers for residential infrastructure, retail and civil engineering projects. We are currently completing infrastructure at Lyde Green and Quedgeley and have recently completed a new LIDL store in Gloucester, while supporting Skanska/DIO on their scheme to redevelop Deepcut Barracks in Surrey.
Our masterplanning and infrastructure work extends across the South West and has recently included Coed Darcy in Swansea and cycleway schemes in Buckinghamshire.
Our high profile projects have won many awards including Bristol Old Vic which won the RIBA South West Award 2019, RIBA South West Conservation Award 2019, RIBA South West Building of the Year 2019 and RIBA National Award 2019.
